The Greek Community of Melbourne in collaboration with the Thessaloniki Association "White Tower" are organizing a special event dedicated to Alexander the Great, on Sunday, November 15, at the Greek Centre for Contemporary Culture.

It is a part of a series of events scheduled by the Thessaloniki Association to commemorate the 31st Anniversary of the Sisterhood of Melbourne and Thessaloniki.

The event includes a lecture on "Alexander the Great" by Dr.Vasilis Sarafidis from Monash University, and also the screening of the film «Alexander the Great".

It will take place at the Greek Centre (Mezzanine, 168 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne), at 3:00pm. Admission is free.
