Join experienced counsellor, martial arts instructor and author Vickie Simos for a practical and empowering workshop designed to help you feel safer, more confident and better prepared in everyday life. This hands-on seminar combines personal safety awareness, confidence-building strategies and practical self-defence techniques that can be used in real-life situations. Suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels, no previous experience is required.

About Vickie Simos
Vickie Simos is a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Personal Trainer with more than 25 years of martial arts experience. She holds a Fourth Degree Black Belt in Doce Pares Eskrima and a Second Degree Black Belt in Anjukanpo Karate and has extensive experience in boxing and kickboxing.
As the founder of Thelo Active Therapy, Vickie combines martial arts and therapeutic approaches to help people build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing. She is also the author of The Boxer Within, which shares her personal journey of overcoming depression and anxiety through martial arts.
Her practical, empowering approach has helped people of all ages develop greater confidence, self-awareness and personal safety skills.
