Use of this site is provided by Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your use constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
1. Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

Refund Policy - Donations
We thank you for deciding to donate to Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria. We ask that you complete your details and the amount of your donation carefully as it involves a substantial amount of administrative time to deal with and rectify any errors.
Errors in Donation Amount
Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, the donor has 7 days in which to notify Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria of the error. All requests for refunds must be made in writing and directed by email to
, by fax to +61 3 9663 3130 or by post to the Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria, 6 Easey Street, Collingwood, Victoria 3066, Australia. The request should have the details of the initial donation including the date, amount, name of the donor, the tax invoice number and the nature of the error.
Any tax invoice issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid, and a new tax invoice will be issued for the amount of the corrected donation.
Change of Heart on Donation
Please note: refunds of the amount pledged to be donated will not automatically be made simply because you have changed your mind. It is for this reason that we ask that you make your choice to donate carefully. Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria will endeavour to ensure that any genuine errors (such as to the amount donated) are rectified. Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria, which is a non profit organisation, reserves the right to deduct any bank or transaction charges for any refund processed onto the donor. Should an error be detected and a request for refund be made after 7 days have expired, Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria regrets that it is unable to refund any monies.
Refund Policy - School Fees
In case of enrolment cancellation, a refund will be issued for fees provided that:
- The school has been informed in writing.
- A minimum of two terms' fees have been paid.
- At all times, it is the school's discretion to determine the level of refund.
- There is no refund of fees for short absences during the year.
- The school retains the right to withhold a student's report if fees remain unpaid by the due date.
Errors by Us
Of course, should an error be made by Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria or its financial institution(s), full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs borne by the Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria.
