Dear Member, 

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

We write to inform you and invite you to attend and participate in the Annual General 
Meeting of the Greek Orthodox Community of Melbourne and Victoria (GCM)

The meeting will be held on: Sunday 02 August 2026 from 1pm
At the: Andrianakos Centre, Alphington Grammar School, Old Heidelberg Rd, Alphington

PLEASE NOTE
In order to participate in the AGM, you must be an approved financial member of the 
GCM for a period of not less than 6 months. 

AGENDA
1. Ratification of the Minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting 
2. President’s Report 
3. Presentation of the Annual Financial Report for Financial year 2025 
4. Appointment of Auditors for Financial Year 2026 
5. General Business 

REGARDING GENERAL BUSINESS
Please note that any members wanting to bring before the meeting any subject or 
proposal for consideration during General Business, must submit their proposal in 
writing to the Secretary no less than 7 days before the meeting.
